BMS Commissioning Engineer

Freelance BMS Commissioning Engineer (Trend, Tridium, Schneider)
Location: Northern Germany
Duration: 3 months (with potential extension up to 12 months)
Rate: €45 to 60 per hour with all accommodation & travel paid

Project Overview:
We're looking for an experienced freelance BMS Commissioning Engineer to join our project team in Northern Germany. If you have expertise in Trend, Tridium, or Schneider systems and are ready to tackle a dynamic project, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Commissioning & Testing: Lead commissioning of BMS systems (HVAC, lighting, security) ensuring optimal performance per project specifications.
• Technical Support: Configure, program, and test BMS components; provide expert guidance to installation teams.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed test reports, commissioning documentation, and as-built drawings.
• Client Interaction: Liaise with clients, provide training, and offer ongoing support post-commissioning.
• Quality Assurance: Implement QA procedures, conduct final inspections, and ensure full compliance with safety standards.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven BMS commissioning experience preferably with Trend, Tridium, or Schneider systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to solve technical issues on-site.
• Proficiency with commissioning tools and software.
• Certification in Trend, Tridium, or Schneider systems preferred
• Electrical safety awareness.
• German language skills are a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work on-site in Northern Germany, with travel to various project locations.
• Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces
• Must have the right to work in Germany or the EU
