Right from the start, your introduction to Core Talent begins with our immersive induction process where you will find out all you need to know about us, your role, our perks, our processes and your development.

You will then embark on different training sessions including Desk Side, Broadroom or weekly bitsize sessions every consultant will go through. It covers all aspects of recruitment from searching for candidates, business development to objection handling.

If you are a Senior or Principal Consultant, we have programmes focused on developing you as an effective future leader.

Our executive training programmes are for all managers in the business and is centred around management skills, strategic business planning, increasing performance and profitability.
