I'm recruiting to an exciting opportunity for a Senior System Engineer to join a leading player in the Defence and Military space.

The Senior System Engineer will:
- Lead technical management for system solutions ensuring technical delivery
- Define and negotiate technical requirements with clients
- Develop system designs, including defining system components, interfaces, and integrated navigation solutions
- Conduct feasibility studies to assess technical viability, ensuring compliance with standards, risk assessments and production
- Oversee, approve and development-related tests
Required experience for the Senior System Engineer:
- Degree in engineering (ideally electrical or communications) with extensive experience in systems engineering for complex systems
- Strong written and verbal English skills
- Familiarity with system and software design, SysML and tools such as DOORS, Jira, and Magic Draw
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Quality-focused, flexible work approach
- Independent and organised work style
