Your role:

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be a pivotal part of a vast team, overseeing cost management throughout the life cycle of the project. You will be responsible for:

• Cost Management: Managing all aspects of cost control and reporting, ensuring projects stay within budget.
• Financial Planning: Preparing and analysing cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts.
• Contract Administration: Overseeing contract negotiations, valuations, and final accounts.
• Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential financial risks to ensure project success.
• Client Liaison: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing them with expert advice and updates.
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with project managers, engineers, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
