The Opportunity:
We're seeking a Senior Planner with strong construction scheduling experience to join a leading contractor delivering a high-spec new-build data centre in Derry/Londonderry. This is a flagship project in a fast-growing sector, offering the chance to work on one of the most technically complex and high-profile builds in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6.

• Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors and client-side planners to ensure programme integrity and delivery.

• Conduct progress reporting and schedule analysis to keep the project on track.

• Work closely with project managers and commercial teams to forecast key dates and milestones.

• Identify risks and provide mitigation strategies.

• Lead planning meetings and contribute to client presentations.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a planner on large-scale construction projects.

• Data centre, pharmaceutical, or high-tech industrial project experience highly advantageous.

• Proficiency in Primavera P6 essential.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving site environment.
