What you'll do:

• Develop and execute regional strategies to drive growth, profitability, and market share.
• Collaborate with Business Development to acquire and retain key clients across target sectors.
• Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favourable terms while managing commercial risks.
• Manage project budgets, cost control, forecasting, and monthly performance reporting.
• Build strong internal and external relationships to support seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing commercial team focused on excellence and collaboration.

Ideal candidate:

• 8-10 years in senior commercial roles, with a strong track record in strategic leadership.
• Proven skills in contract negotiation, risk management, and driving commercial success.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams across multiple locations.
