Lead the install on one of Europe's most advanced data centre builds.

We're hiring an Electrical Site Supervisor to oversee key installation works on a hyperscale data centre in Belgium. If you've got a sharp eye for detail, thrive in live construction environments, and know how to lead from the front - this is the job for you.

You'll join a tight-knit team of experienced engineers and supervisors delivering critical electrical infrastructure to the highest standard. It's fast-paced, high-pressure, and mission-critical - and you'll play a pivotal role in keeping the programme on track.

What you'll be doing:

• Supervising all electrical works on-site, including containment, cable pulling, terminations and final fix.

• Coordinating subcontractors and labour to ensure safe, efficient progress across all zones.

• Carrying out daily briefings, toolbox talks and permit-to-work systems.

• Monitoring quality, compliance, and installation standards against drawings and specs.

• Reporting progress to the Electrical Package Manager and attending coordination meetings.
  
  

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years' experience in electrical installation, with at least 2 in a supervisory role.

• Proven track record on data centres, pharma, semicon or other mission-critical projects.

• Strong understanding of LV/MV systems and safe systems of work.

• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and ensure works align with programme.

• EU passport or right to work in Belgium is essential.
