Mila joined Core Talent in 2024 as our Head of Learning & Development. Mila’s worked in recruitment since 2019 and made the move to L&D in 2023. She’s passionate about L&D and her goal is for the function to support consultants in every aspect of their role and career.

Mila’s vision of L&D is to elevate the performance of consultants, in their billings as well as confidence and efficiency. She works with consultants one-on-one in coaching sessions and our Boost Programme, in group workshops and training programmes, and in ad hoc support across the sales floor. Mila also ensures a smooth onboarding for new starters with recruitment 101 training and additional support.
