Victoria joined Core Talent in January 2014, during her journey at Core Talent she has established Divisions and held several managerial roles in the business. 

Victoria became Managing Director in January 2024; her vision is to ensure Core Talent is seen as the Leading Project Recruiter in the UK & Europe by 2027.

Victoria is dedicated to the pursuit of creating a culture of excellence at Core Talent. She is always interested in speaking to talent looking to join or work with a business with similar ideals.
