Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cost management across large-scale construction projects
• Oversee budgeting, cost planning, and commercial reporting
• Ensure project costs are aligned with client expectations and industry standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and Engineers
• Provide expert advice on risk management, procurement, and contracts
• Monitor project progress to meet financial objectives
