As part of a top-tier mechanical subcontractor, you will drive project execution, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Oversee all aspects of the data centre project, from planning and execution to final handover, ensuring alignment with client expectations and contractual requirements.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and coordinate a multidisciplinary team of engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to drive efficiency and excellence.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain close communication with clients, stakeholders, and third-party vendors to align project objectives and manage expectations.
• Budget & Risk Management: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and manage risk to achieve financial targets while meeting project milestones.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with quality standards, industry regulations, and safety protocols, reinforcing our commitment to excellence.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: 8+ years in a project management role within data centre construction, with a strong background in mechanical systems.
• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems specific to data centre environments.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead large, complex projects, managing teams, timelines, and budgets effectively.
• Language: Proficiency in English is essential; German is highly advantageous.
