The Role


As an Electrical Site Manager, you'll take full control of on-site operations, ensuring installations meet quality, safety, and schedule expectations. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you'll be the key figure in keeping everything moving smoothly.
Your key responsibilities include:
?? Managing the installation of busbars & switchgear to the highest standards
?? Overseeing QA/QC, ensuring compliance with project requirements
?? Leading client meetings and conducting walkdowns
?? Enforcing safety procedures, risk assessments & RAMS updates
?? Preparing internal & external reports to keep stakeholders informed
?? Carrying out project lookaheads (1-4 weeks) to ensure smooth execution
?? Supervising and motivating teams of up to 20 electricians and site staff

What You'll Need


? Electrical background - Experience in an M&E subcontractor environment
? Previous Site Supervisor experience, with a track record of leading teams
? Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, reporting, and lookaheads
? Computer literacy - experience with project tracking & reporting software
? EU passport holder & ideally London-based
